Makeup section grayed out for toddlers

Like the title states, after the latest update the makeup section is grayed out for toddlers only. It wasn’t like this prior to the latest update. I use mods and cc and the makeup section is how I ...

Can't they fix the problem faster, the cc for toddlers make the so much cuter. I don't feel  to play cause I cant use it on my toddlers

It sucks because children/toddler/infants always seem to be at the bottom of EAs attention list 😭
