I am having the same issue in my game. None of my cc eyes, blush or eyelashes show up. I found a mod on the S4S website that fixes the issue so everyone who is able to play with mods/cc can use the mod in the meantime, until this bug gets fixed in a future patch. https://sims4studio.com/thread/4254/aom?page=2&scrollTo=88714
