My male Sim is wearing a bra despite his physical frame being set to male. It shows up under tank tops as well.
As of right now, it doesn't seem to be all male Sims, though.

did you download the Sim from the gallery or create from scratch ?
Neither, this is like the 20th generation Sim and he was generated like that from birth.
