Maps from DLC appearing twice on Overview page

Is this normal? I purchased the Love/Romantic abd rent expension packs and I have a glitch on the world's. Previously I downloaded some save from other users but I deleted them before the purchas of the packs. Not sure what to do.

 to complain about this again. But I have not just one double world, but two: Nordhaven and the one from the Lovestruck World (Sorry that I can't pronounce it or spell it).  However, in my old save, I can get into both Nordhavens, but I can't with either Lovestruck world (But I can click on anything on a new save.

I think that I know what might have caused these double worlds. I think that I did download Businesses and Hobbies pack when it was released. But I didn't play that day. Then there was an update. When I went into my game after that, I couldn't see Nordhaven and I had to log out of my game to download the pack again. It might be the same with Lovestruck or any other packs. I also have an old laptop.

But I hope this helps you figure out why some people are getting double worlds.

Same here as well as the Lovestruck one. For me, I think that I have downloaded the Business and Hobbies pack, when it came out. I didn't play with it, but then there was patch update. When I played with it after that, I found that there was no Business and Hobbies installed, and I had to reinstall it again. That might be why there are double the worlds. Of course there are other explanations too.

Hello, Basically what the title says, my save has a double Nordhaven in it. I saw that others have dealt with and resolved this same issue with other packs in the past so I tried to follow what they did to fix it, but I've had no success. Mostly the advice seemed to be to uninstall/reinstall the pack, so I followed both uninstall options listed here: Re: How do I uninstall expansion packs now? | EA Forums - 11834568 with no luck. I tried both uninstall/reinstall, as well as deleting the pack from the main folder and delta folder, but the doubled world is still there.

• The doubled world seems to only appear in my main save, I opened a brand new save to check if it was my whole game or just that save, and it did not appear doubled in the new save.
• I tried opening the save without mods (I have MCCC in my save usually) but the double was still there.
• I have not played Nordhaven yet, so this double-world is happening in my main save without any saved EP18 gameplay in it, beyond just being downloaded.

I haven't gotten a chance to play the new pack yet so I don't know yet if this is indicative of other issues with the pack in my save, but I did want to try and get rid of it because I've already re-built this save from the ground-up due to the "save-deleting bug" from For Rent. So I'm hesitant to proceed playing on my main save unless anyone here thinks I can probably play with it as-is without harming my save further.

The double of the world is non-interactable as far as I can tell, pictured here you can see none of the lots light up.

Ferntella​  I've merged your post with the master bug report for this issue.  One step you may have missed here is that you need to save your progress with the expansion removed before reenabling or reinstalling it.  Otherwise, you're not changing the state of your main save at all.

Hello, thank you for the response! That link is the main one I referred to when trouble-shooting my save yesterday, that's what led to me trying to determine how to uninstall the pack, unfortunately none of the rest of the advice on there helped me either. I saved my game before downloading the expansion originally, and used the same save during my uninstalling/re-installing attempt, as well as recovered saves.

But when I get a chance later I am going to try deleting my saves from the EA file and replacing them with a slightly older backup save just in case.

Edit/Update: I used a slightly older back-up save just in case, and the issue is no longer there! Not sure what I did wrong with the other save, if anything, but all's well, I suppose! Thank you.

I found out that one of my saves is having the issue of two  or three double worlds. If I create a new save, this doesn't happen.

But I am also wondering if the reason for the double worlds happen to be because I installed the pack the first time, but then there was an update to which something happened, and I didn't see the pack in my game, so I had to install it again. This might be the reason why we have double worlds. I have noticed that with the Businesses and Hobbies pack after it was released, and then there was an update afterwords. But I had to reinstall that too. I'm just wondering.

A little update from me! After I fixed my issue, I sadly had it again with the next EP. I took Twisted Mexi’s mods out and the problem was immediately fixed. I put them in my game again and the problem came back so yeah, I would highly recommend to take their mods out and update them before playing with them after a new pack. I don’t know which one exactly is it since I removed the whole folder.
