Yes I'm still having issues, it sometimes shows up as a notice on the mailbox but not always. The little icon that usually shows if they are friends/acquaintances/soulmates/whatever their relationship status is just blank. If I hover over it with the mouse a "text box" comes up but it's blank.

I've also noticed this in my game (PS5, no mods). I think it happens in relationships that were created via neighborhood stories or the phone calls. It seems that the normal relationship label doesn't get assigned properly. I've also noticed cases of it missing entirely.
And here is the story message, my game is in spanish but it's the one that says "Julia y Eric han roto."
Have you tried turning off romantic changes for NS to see if they stop ?
Did you get any phone calls from other Sims asking if they should get divorced ? It seems odd to me as the game doesn't split up households so if you get divorced or married by NS that would have consequences on that so I thought this wasn't a game thing.
Since you say you don't have mods, I don't know what else it would be.
