I'm not 100% Sure this is a bug per se...but it appears you have removed some pack settings from the options menu....I would've preferred you didn't, because those options were things I want to disable. Things like High School Years "Teen Romantic Options" and "Rental Lot Objects Provide Gameplay" are missing and they provided more fine-tuned useful settings than the general "Disable Friendly/Romantic Relationships" and "Objects provide Gameplay (universally)"

you say you have had never had mods, but those sounds like mod options. I don't think they were ever part of the game.
They were originally under the pack settings, until recently, I only noticed them missing this week, but I'm sure they were there before (e.g. HSY had like 3 options to toggle, now it only has 2) The exact names may be incorrect as I'm going on memory.
I'll try to upload a screenshot so you can see what I'm currently seeing, atleast 2 missing options I recall under various packs are no longer there: It kinda drove me to the brink of insanity trying to figure out what was missing in the first place. And No I've never used mods on this install/save, the only mods I ever used were on a entirely different game installation on a since formatted hard drive that had a full purge (due to a unrelated virus infection resolution), neither the save nor the install are modded in any way, I'm sure. (Also for the sake of completeness those mods touched nothing in the pack settings, as I've not used them in YEARS)
Hi LeissaMyst There used to be a setting for not having NPCs (not Teen-specific in the phrasing) develop relationships, but that's controlled by Neighborhood Stories now, so that would be likely why it's not there. I can't find info about the rental lot specific setting. Anything I'm seeing going back to pack launch shows the same settings as I see now.
I don't know of a mod that can change what shows in pack settings.
