Missing World Assets in several worlds

Hi,

I think I have encountered a bug.

Platform : PC
Game version : 1.115.253.1020 DX11
Properties : -dx11
Mods : Yes (but I have deleted them all trying to find the issue)

What is the problem ?
Debug is missing from Evergreen Harbor (the station and parts of the bridge at Station Conifer + the houses and the way up to the community lot at Grimms).

What I have tried so far :
- Disabling mods + repairing the game
- Tried the 50/50 method with my mods 
- Deleted all mods (and game version + localthumbpackage) but debug was still missing in a new game.

The debug is fine when I fisrt load in a new game, BUT it disappears after I change only one or two lots...

could you explain what you mean by debug ? Debug items are usually what you find with the debug cheat in build mode so I'm a bit unsure what you are referring to.

DOes this happen to each of your save games or just a specific ones ?
