In my case, this happened only Build/Buy mode from Manage World.
First time this happened for me on April/2024 at the Evergreen Harbor world. So I tried to check that data now. This still happened only Build/Buy mode. And I tried this with the data start recently, this happened too.
In both of the datas, the landscape assets are displayed correctly in Live mode. And once the correct landscape data has been loaded, the correct landscape will be displayed even if you move from Manage World to Build/Buy mode.
Other commenters have the same symptom or not, I don't know, but just in case, I send the data.
