This issue has been going on since before the patch, at least for me. I didn't want to come complain about everything, because there are so many things, so I haven't. I just needed to pipe in that this isn't new to me. At any venue, not sure about home, my sims will order drinks and it might take doing it three times before they get one because these mixologists seem to have no attention span. That is IF I can order again. Most times the option to order drinks and food goes away and I have to wait a good amount of time to try and catch the options being available again. They also let the bar get absolutely filthy and don't clean it. I'll get disgusted and make my sim do it. This hasn't always been as bad as it is now. Ordering has always been rather iffy but the filthy bar is a fairly new thing so it could be worse from the update.
