Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

I haven't seen any of us mention that a lot of times, when my sim does manage to get an order placed, that bartender will ignore it and just stand there OR, just as frequently, will switch out bartenders. Maybe I just have bad timing but I swear the bartenders switch out a lot. But that is not as frustrating as being able to order, sometimes more than once in a row, and the bartender just does nothing. So it is a whole big problem between all of it. Oh. and part of it could be that the bartenders are kind of idiots. I had my sims in a club last night and the bartender kept dropping the glasses she was trying to juggle. And I have noticed a lot of times that all the mixologists cannot make all the same drinks. I assume because of skill level. There really needs to be a minimum skill level for mixologists at public venues. My sims in my current save are too bougie for these trailer trash bartenders who keep getting hired in. Just sayin...
