I've found it helps if you shift+click the bar and reset object (debug). I'd say that about 75% of the time when I do this the bartender will start serving drinks again correctly for a little while. 25% of the time they'll wander off to talk with customers or get replaced by a new bartender.
I miss having open bars at weddings. 😔
I didn't know shift clicking the bar was even a thing. For having been playing so long I sure am a noob lol. I will try this, thank you!!
