I've been experiencng this same issue ever since downloading Enchanted by Nature. It will occasionally work, but the vast majority of the time when I attempt to order a drink or food from the bar, the bartender just never makes it or the option to order food/drink just isn't there at all.
Are you sure the problem only happened after you downloaded Enchanted or is it possible it was going on before and you just didn't notice it? You don't mention whether you use any mods or cc and whether you've tried it without them if so.
