Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

We were re-directed here, but this is not my issue.

Anytime I go anywhere, as soon as I order food, the bartender just walks away. This just started. I cannot say exactly when, because I do not play every day. I have not tested for drinks, or every single location. Something has clearly been broken, however, because this used to work fine. I was in the Cottage Living and Oasis worlds. I will simply not be ordering out anymore.
