Been having this issue since for a while - definitely more noticeable since the last update. Bartenders often just wonder off to have conversations with patrons instead of serving. Resetting gets rid of what they were doing but it take a long time for them to return to serving only to them immediately stop. Bars/Lounges and Nightclubs are almost becoming unplayable.
