I've had this for months in my game. The bartender is there but no order drinks or order food option on the wheel at all, the bartender is constantly doing tricks. Resetting the bartender and bar doesn't fix it. In my most recent play my sim was asked on a date, she was taken to a lounge in brindleton bay. As soon as the date was over the bartender was working as intended. So I wonder if the issue is linked to events.
