Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

Same for me. PC, mods disabled and removed (before the patch of 4th Nov), new save (no history with mods), the only dialogue options are Friendly, Mean and Funny categories.

So far only tested in the Rattlesnake Juice bar.
