Finally updated my game today, took out all mods cleared cache etc, this is in a fresh save
Had my sims have a wedding, the bartender is standing behind the bar doing tricks etc for a few mins rather than tending the bar properly.

After finally ordering, the bartender started to make the drinks and then fully canceled the interaction to complain to herself about being pregnant (apparently).
