Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

The mixologist bug is not fixed contrary to what forum is saying. They can't be clicked to serve drink, but only to talk with them. As well as the bar. The bug is occuring in the cocktail bar of Oasi...

I am also having this issue. They stand behind the bar and do tricks, but you can't order any drinks. Seems to be like this at all bars, regardless of which lot.
