The mixologist bug is not fixed contrary to what forum is saying. They can't be clicked to serve drink, but only to talk with them. As well as the bar. The bug is occuring in the cocktail bar of Oasi...

Having this issue too. PC, no mods, even disabled all my packs except for Get to work and my kits. I order a drink, action gets cancelled, bartender stays behind the bar but no longer accepts orders. He wandered off the lot entirely once, but was replaced by another so I guess that was just a shift change. Same procedure with new bartender, apart from leaving the lot. This includes both (base game, unmodified) venues and hiring a mixologist for parties at home (wedding, birthday). It actually seems to extend somewhat to played sims as well.
