I have this error every time a bartender does tricks, which is quite often. If I don't catch the bartender quick enough I have to wait again. Sometimes it will still cancel out my order so the bartender can go back to doing tricks or talk to someone else.
It also happens when some random sim comes to talk to the bartender. They stay as non-working NPCs until I reset them and then I have to hope that they resume bartending instead of start talking or doing tricks.
More often than not, I just leave the venue and go somewhere else.
I thought it was mods, but it still happens on a new save with no mods.
And it happens at every bar, not just Oasis Springs.
