Ideas
No mods, on PC. Bartender is much better at staying behind the bar, but they constantly want to do bar tricks (pretty much whenever they’re idle), and you can’t place an order when they are. I’m pretty sure in the past you could still place orders when they were doing tricks, cleaning the bar, or chatting with other customers. As an imperfect workaround, usually if you reset them they’ll go back to tending, but you have to order quickly or they’ll go right back to tricks.
