Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Is it just Uni that's an issue or does it also freeze when you move somewhere else ?
- Was this as part of the enrollment process ?
- Did it just get stuck after you pressed the check button or was the check button just greyed out ?
