Yep, just happened to me. Have free services and tried firing all the ugly simsmas sweater nannies and they came right back even after a save/  log out.

I’ve managed to reproduce this bug simply by

    1. Having an infant
    2. Hiring a nanny
    3. Traveling out of the lot
    4. Returning home

Upon return, the original nanny will still be on the lot, and a second nanny will spawn, with the “Hello!” notification and all. Both will need dismissing and will charge the household.

  • Have this issue, every time you leave the lot and return a new nanny will spawn. I currently have about 6/7 nannies. Amusing but they keep getting in each others' way and the kids aren't being cared for.

I'm currently only playing with the base game

  • my sim has a baby, goes to work, a nanny comes. (all totally normal)

baby ages up to infant, then toddler, then kid. nanny has not left once. (such a caring woman.)

nanny never sleeps. (wow, she seems superhuman.)

    nanny gets fired.

sim goes off with rocketship, and automatically there is a nanny hired for the kid. (all good and well.)

within a few seconds, there are FIVE nannies introducing themselves, walking into my sims' home.

my sim has one kid. she does not need 5 people for that.

My game keeps spawning new ranch hands. I have got at least 15 now and there is still coming more. I tried closing but that doesn't fix the issue. When i restart te game they just continue spawning.
