All of my sims (all female if that matters) are ridiculously muscular. I’ve tried cooking unhealthy foods, no exercise (have only went jogging once or twice for wants) but still super buff with more muscle definition than my professional athlete sim

Yes, they are the same in cas
i have not noticed the glitch on npc but it the same with separate households I have created

Do they show the same muscle tone in CAS ? If you create a new Sim and put them in the game, do they get muscular right away ?
You say all of your females, is that all NPCs, all Sims you play (active or rotationally) or both ?
