[MWS] Option to plan wedding available with less §1000

I have no problem traveling anywhere or starting other events, but when I try to start a wedding it gets stuck on the loading screen forever. I hear music for a minute then I start hearing game noises as if the wedding has started but I am still seeing the loading screen. 
I have tried to reinstall the game, and reduce the resolution. I don’t have any mods installed, only DLC packs.

Could you please provide the following information

• Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• Please also provide any LastException files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
• Does it matter on which lot you start the wedding at ?
• Is this a MWS wedding or a regular one ?
• Is this all your saves or only a specific one ?

I actually found the issue myself, but still believe it to be an EA bug. It turns out that it was because I didn’t have the minimum amount of 1k. I thought the game would just not offer it as an option until I had the amount required instead of getting into an endless loading screen. Once I got 1k it was no problem, loaded immediately.

I never had mods

pc - the steam version 

the lot did not matter 

I’m not sure what an mws wedding is, I believe it is regular. 

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• At which point do you get the endless loading ? I tested this and while I do have the option, the wedding doesn't actually get planned for me and I don't have endless loading.

• It didn't work in a new game folder without mods. I tested it by doing the following:
  • Renamed my "The Sims 4" folder in "Documents\Electronic Arts" to "The Sims 4 Backup".
  • I ran the game to let it generate a new "The Sims 4" folder.
• The platform is PC (Steam). I also "verified the integrity of game files" and there wasn't anything missing.
• The endless loading happens after selecting "Done" in the steps I previously posted. If I do the same, except with §1000, then it loads the wedding.

There's def something off as you shouldn't be able to even plan it with not enough money but I couldn't dupe the endless loading.

Did you test other social events ?

With §0, if I go to Phone > Social > Plan a Social Event, I'm not able plan a wedding or any other event. If I go to Phone > Social > Plan a Wedding Event, it will open up the "Start an Event" menu for a wedding, and that's were I'm able to do all the steps in my original post which leads to an infinite loading screen.

Yes I understand that and that's what I tried. I was able to plan one that way too but then I didn't get an endless loading it just didn't happen.
