I am unable to edit the wedding outfits for the two people getting married. It is stuck as the 1st formal outfit regardless of whether or not I make a new one. The pictures of the outfits don't change after editing things in Create-a-Sim from the wedding event page, and regardless of what I have chosen, they show up to the wedding in the 1st formal outfit. PC player, no mods.

I have the same issue! When I change formal outfit to slot 2 it just stays at slot 1

Mods are removed, and I am talking about MWS weddings. Next time I do a wedding in my game, I will definitely take screenshots for you!
I have had this issue from the beginning of MWS. Initially, I tried to make Outfit 1 the one I copied to a new slot, then edited Outfit 1. Now I tell them to switch to the one I want when I arrive, especially after one time it selected Outfit 2 for the Wedding instead.
