[MWS] Tartosa: Food stall can't be interacted with/not closing

The vendor at this food stall (see pictures) can't be interacted with during opening hours. I can't purchase any food. This food stall also never closes after 6 pm unlike the other stalls. The bug oc...

In the newest save my Sim lived in Tartosa. In the older save they live in Windenburg. I visited during opening hours as well as early in the morning before the stall officially opens.

Setting this to review. Hopefully others can chime in to find a common factor.

I tested:

  • 2 Different saves, one new, one existing
  • Lived in other worlds in both cases
  • Traveled to the lot once before they opened, second time during.
  • Stayed till they close and they closed fine too.
