[MWS] Tartosa: Food stall can't be interacted with/not closing

The vendor at this food stall (see pictures) can't be interacted with during opening hours. I can't purchase any food. This food stall also never closes after 6 pm unlike the other stalls. The bug oc...

I'm having exactly the same issue with the same stall in Tartosa. The vendor is clearly trying to access it (as indicated by his thought balloon) but is unable to.
