[MWS] Wedding Event UI menu blank when trying to marry Special NPC

Interestingly, when I clicked on Grim to plan the event instead of my ghost Sim, this menu popped up  

Then I went back to my ghost Sim, and the same menu appeared - was not blank anymore. But it is missing all other related wedding events.

Hi. Same thing is happening to me, where the wedding event page appears blank. However, I'm trying to marry Sienna Grove from the Horse Ranch EP. Anyone know how to solve? 🥲

I haven't been able to throw a wedding; the UI for it is messed up. I don't have any mods or CC installed. An important note would be that I am trying to marry the Plumbird. I don't know if this bug is because of that or something else. Any help?

I'm having this issue as well, except neither of my Sims are "special" Sims...they are both ghosts though. I'm trying to do a Vow Renewal and I'm not able to because I get the same menu screen as everyone else has described.

Same thing is happening to me. I not only cant plan a wedding event but any custom event. no mods or cc.
