When my Sims host an event, a party for example, i am not able to end the event in the upper left corner abymore, like i was once used to, because the button to end it, dissapears so far left, that it is no longer on the screen.
I have the same issue, a never ending wedding event. Sounds more fun than it actually is. I managed to go out of the game and make my infant baby (who was at daycare) the playing character to force all others home. But this is very annoying. I have a party-social sim who needs to have events.
I have let the event play out, and although it took several game hours it seemed to just end on its own.
