My build mode/move objects cheat problem

So ever since the August 19th patch, (its started happening today) where basically every time I going to build mode on my recently played household , and specifically put on the move objects cheat and this really only happens when I move the walls in my rooms and then after I move the wall, every time I try and place down a object like a bed or a sink, it won't let me place it down and when I exit build mode, none of the buttons work on live mode and it's like my sims are just frozen in time. I cant press anything except build mode and the view world's buttons, none of my sims move, the time button doesn't change and when I try and load all my save files its just stuck on a loading screen, i have tried clearing all my data via my Xbox and loading back onto the game with my cloud save and nothing has worked, and its specifically when I use the move objects cheat (its think anyways I've checked twice)  please fix this if you can, I've been worried that my file is corrupted and I only have a single file with thay household, and it won't let me save them to the library because its just stay stuck on the loading screen when I try after that glitch, i have had more noticeable glitches ever since the new patch came out like using a cheat (for example modify relationships) and them it just stays stuck on the cheat console so I have to load into manage world's (that glitch barley happens though) but this main glitch has been making my game unplayable even though before I go into build mode and use the cheat , my game works perfectly fine , but it's after I go into enable the cheat, does it then start to glitch. Please fix this i just got the new seasons expansion pack yestrurday and I really love the game
