After being level 10 charisma I have the option to negotiate a bonus on my phone but it does absolutely nothing.
Ideas
I spent all day troubleshooting this problems (removed mod, etc). Finally decided to check the forum, and I see I am not the only one. Also, my sims cannot attend Grief Counseling. Guess I can put my mods back grrrrr
