Neighborhood Stories: Romantic/Friendship Changes no effect (Patch 1.116.202)
Despite the update neighbourhood stories still have no effect on relationships or break ups.

Ideas
Neighborhood Stories broke up Valentina and Aziz Nadir in my save, and when I went straight to check on their household I saw they are in fact divorced, but still had a romantic relationship & satisfaction.
Issues:
- Their romantic relationship is still half-full. I would've expected their romantic bar to be in the red, like what happens when sims you're actively playing break up.
- They had no moodlets, positive or negative, relating to the divorce or heartbreak.
- Their friendly relationship bit was missing/blank (see screenshot) until I had them argue and their romantic satisfaction ended. It should've shown as "acquaintance" or "just friends"
- They had no sentiments relating to the divorce.

I've had the same thing happen in my legacy game. They love each other but have divorced. Now all they do is cry!
