This has started happening to me since Businesses and Hobbies. The first time it happened, I evicted the family and put them back in their home but it's happening in every worlds now. I'll try and delete some apartments to see if it works. This makes no sense. I have a good computer and don't need a limit on the builds and Sims I create. I can't play how I want to play now. I hope they fix this soon.
First, try delete all Homeless NPC you don't play (generated by game) from from management families
Sorry for not replying sooner, I had troubles with this site. I deleted some apartments (res rentals) and it was working until this week. I had deleted some NPCs too but I think that when the game generates new ones, the problem starts back again. It sucks because this save is my main save that I've had since the release of the game. I had copied it to a new save a couple of years ago when I was having too much problems but I don't see myself doing this again since the number of lots and Sims that I have has probably doubled in size since then. I would have to save every family and lot to the gallery, remake all the family trees, etc. This is too energy consuming for me with all the health issues that I have. This game is an escape for me but now I can't play it anymore if this continues. I have spent so much money in this game since the Sims 1. I have all the games and dlcs for 1,2,3 and 4 and this is how this company is treating me.
