Does anyone know the status of this whatsoever? I see they closed the topic of ' Corrupted Lots/Houses disappear in saves with lots of rental units' claiming it's fixed but it in fact is not.. ? What is going on, I'm afraid to make any lots rentals.
I think EA themselves seem rather confused by this bug. The one they claim to have fixed is that wrong thumbnails was shown on the world map, but my guess is they still have not got to the bottom of the whole save file corruption bug, which seem to be the culprit of many other related bugs - like this one. The best you could do is uninstall For Rent and tell EA to shove that crappy pack where the sun don't shine. Honestly, it's such a worthless pack anyway. As soon as I did this, the neighborhood looked fine again.
They should all refund us in that case. I've spent so many money on the Sims, I've bought everything since Sims 1.
