I just spent 2 weeks on my own save file and this started happening. What solved it for me at first was that I had to many residential rentals so I had to make some residential. Now it just doesn't work at all, even loading into the family the house is completely invisible 🙄
Sounds like the save corruption bug. Have you tried removing For Rent? We started experiencing default neighborhoods that is visible when you are in one of the lots, but correctly on the word map. Just to be safe, we removed For Rent altogether.
