First time posting but after playing since release day, always with minimal mods and cc from an under performing to now an over-spec gaming laptop and i am having this issue for the first time after building a save file from scratch. It starts off in one world and then travelling to other worlds spreads this bug. I have a copy of the save before this bug appeared and using this to test means leads to the bug coming back again. I have the memory booster enabled but apparently this realistically does not impact a game engine issue such as this and any fix from it will always be temporary until it is triggered again.
I have not tried removal of For Rent yet or removal of unused lots to combat a potential object limit. Does anyone have experience of this working long term? I am quite a casual player but typically play with multiple households across multiple worlds with several legacy families.
Spending weeks building a save for this to happen as soon as I start playing households is very disheartening and quite abysmal on EA / Developers part to leave this ongoing issue regardless of who and what type of game players it affects - especially if they plan to run the sims 4 for several more years.
Any suggestions are welcome as my saves (again, even on my previous underperforming laptop) have never had issues like this before? I was never really impacted by hanging/infinite loading screens or corrupted files before.

for more context, the live mode of the lot I load into will show the correct lot, world view shows the lots placed as I have placed them - it is only surrounding lots that show as empty/default/whatever they are when the game is fresh. I can travel to a lot and it show correctly but again, surrounding lots do not. This started in Willow Creek/Oasis Springs and then radiated into Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade, Windenburg and so on. Repairing the game obviously does not fix this (shock horror, I’m not sure that function fixes anything). It’s seemingly purely and aesthetics issue which realistically, should be fixed for a game that prides itself on immersion as aesthetics and set dressing are a big part of immersion in a simulation game.
again, any recommendations welcome to maintain a save file to some degree without this happening?

Try (on a copy of your save) deleting some lots you don't absolutely love. I did that with 24 lots all over my save and also removed some City living apartment interior, but mostly lots in neighbourhoods I don't play often, so that those missing lots are not everywhere and don't break immersion in areas I love too much. That has returned the rest of my world back to being visible again. I just can't build new lots anymore without deleting another one in turn for it. I imagine it's a max limit of lots / item limit that the dev team has overstepped with the amount of worlds we have.
I really hope the dev team is still fixing this before fully departing from Sims 4 and not leaving us behind with this issue..
