New freeze or glitch

I have this glitch after new update, where my sims are frozen, can’t save (but can switch between needs bars or anspirations) and game does not crash? I reloaded the game, opened by epic and ea - both same stories. I thought it was new yers eve causing the problem but no, once I immediately end the holiday, it did the same freeze. Time does not go by but sims still do the animations.
