New Item Highlight not going away for several categories in Buy/Build

So turns out the new item highlights had not actually disappeared at all, I've still got them, I was just on an old save that for some reason didn't have them? But after saving and reloading that save they were there again, and are present in new saves too.  Strangely the current event does not seem to have added new ones, so I still have to assume that somebody forgot to check a box or something in the previous event's code that caused this issue. It's kind of annoying that there's no way to get rid of it on console...
