[NKSP] Can't list craftables on Plopsy (Ruined by Water)

I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch. I'm getting a message that it's been ruined by water ...

Hi! Same issue, this is happening with my flower arrangements :(, while it is not raining or anything of that sort. I am not sure what would cause it to say "ruined by water", but nothing changed from when I was able to do my previous listings before the patch :')
