[NKSP] Can't list craftables on Plopsy (Ruined by Water)

I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch. I'm getting a message that it's been ruined by water ...

I am having the same problem. All knitting items crafted today are immediately tagged "has been ruined by water" and the List on Plopsy menu button is grayed out. I have to sell a knitted item on Plopsy for Lady of the Knits asperation... now I am stuck! 😩
