I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch.

yeah def the update broke this in the game, it doens't matter mods or not, bc i tried it with mods off bc of the update; i didn't save my gameplay bc i saw it was broken. and though maybe after the mods are back it might solve but it stayed.
