I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch.

Yes please, my crafted items also can’t be listed as they are “ruined by water” and it is really annoying. This is how most of my Sims support themselves. Worked perfectly before the update on the 18th.
