[NKSP] Can't list craftables on Plopsy (Ruined by Water)

I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch. I'm getting a message that it's been ruined by water ...

Same issue, no CC or mods used at all, updated and repaired game, all crafted items showing "...ruined by water" when trying to list on Plopsy, even when newly crafted.
