[NKSP] Can't list craftables on Plopsy (Ruined by Water)

I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch. I'm getting a message that it's been ruined by water ...

So my sim made this painting and it says it’s water damage and cannot be sold on plopsy after the lastest update. It was a painting she made thru the freelance but I’m not sure why its saying that, I know that pc had the same issue since they had the update before us but it was supposed to be fixed right?.
