I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch.

This is a strange one. I now find my painting easel won't let me sell paintings to Plopsy. It says the paintings have been damaged by water even though there is no water around and there are no leaks in the roof. My sim paints in the basement to boot. However, I can still have her sell the paintings to collectors or museums. Apparently they enjoy wet paintings? Maybe she specializes in water colors? Who knows. It is the sims. She is already at the top of the Entrepreneurial career and was raking in some massive amounts for her little paintings compared to what the art collectors and museums pay her.
