I'm unable to list any craftables on Plopsy. The option is greyed out. I know for a fact that I was able to list it right before today's patch.

I'm having the same issue with anything my sim creates being "ruined by water" as well. Fingers crossed that the next update that gets released fixes it. Like many others who have commented, I don't have any mods installed in my game either. It should be noted as well that these items also cannot be added to your sims shop, if they own one because the game see's the item as ruined.
