I'm having the same issue on PC as of the recent update, absolutely no CC or mods installed. I tried re-knitting something I know I've unlocked (one of the beanie hats) and it stayed locked. I can still dress my Sims in the clothes, but it's very difficult for me to continue making any progress on unlocking the clothes as I'd have to manually cross-reference which ones I have yet to unlock.
It's a very similar issue to one I had with reward traits a while ago (showing up as not purchased even though they were, and I ended up wasting points on re-purchasing ones I already had without realising, like wasting the beanie I made to see if it would show up as unlocked).
I'm also on PC and having the same problem.
Exact same issue. Thought it was a mod problem. Removed all mods. Started new game. It still has them greyed out and showing locked. I didn’t even think to check CAS before reading this, but they are there. I go back and they still show locked so I have no easy way of know what’s even unlocked. I’m on a Mac.
