No Mail

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

All issues reported in bug forum must be tested on a game with no mods/cc.

before i go through the process of running with no mods, what items can i order that are delivered via the mail? this way, i will know what to do in order to test the mail delivery. i only have the base game and get to work expansion.

rftucker79 Getting some collectible and sending it to GeoCouncil is the easiest.

i sent some stuff to the geo council thursday evening. i clicked on my mail box and was empty. i then shift clicked on my mailbox and there were bills in there. friday came and went and no mail, same with saturday and sunday. as of monday evening, still no mail delivery. this was all done with no mods installed and the get to work expansion. looking for other things to do to be able to get mail delivery.

rftucker79 you said you tried all the suggested methods but since I don't really know what you read and tried: Did you replace the mailbox yet ?

i have done a reset on the mailbox, then deleted it and put a new one in place of it, then closed game and restarted game twice and it didn't help. i did this with no mods in the game as well. completing a test on it by sending items to geo council and waiting 3 or 4 days and still no mail delivery.

Could you test another household to see if it's related to the lot ?

i cleared the cache files, took mods out of game, started entire new save, sent item to geo council on sunday afternoon, as of thursday, still no mail

Did you also try to rename the entire user folder and let the game create a new one.

Really at loss what could be going on there.
