No option to change Newborn Diaper

I have been having newborns that have dirty diapers but there is no option to change it. When you "Find out what's wrong" the newborn will say dirty diaper, but the clickable option is not there. I believe it is being solved in Super Efficient Newborn Care, but I have more than one newborn and can't do that more than once at a time.
